Privacy Policy
- WeCounsil values the security of personal information and data and takes all necessary precautions to ensure it. By using the Application, users accept, declare, and undertake to comply with the provisions of this privacy policy.
- This Privacy Policy shall be applicable to all sections of the Application.
- Protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of user information is WeCounsil's top priority. Therefore, the information provided by users and the records of conversations conducted through the application and website will be stored and safeguarded in an encrypted manner and in accordance with information security standards. They will not be used for any purpose other than the rules and purposes specified in the agreement, nor shared with third parties.
- WeCounsil has the right to contact users through the addresses, email addresses, fixed and mobile phone numbers, and other contact information provided by users during registration or subsequently updated by themselves, for the purpose of communication, notifications, and other purposes. By accepting this agreement, the user acknowledges and declares that, unless otherwise notified in writing, WeCounsil may engage in the aforementioned communication activities.
- WeCounsil may access the information shared by users within the scope of the Application. WeCounsil undertakes to share this information only with its affiliates and within the framework prescribed by law for the purpose of using the Application. Users also acknowledge that this information will be used to establish communication with them for the purpose of the Application. WeCounsil will not share, sell, or allow the use of personal data and information submitted to it, beyond the purposes stated in the information collection, with third parties under any circumstances.
- In order to identify and promptly resolve any system-related issues and potential problems that may arise within the Application, WeCounsil may record and use users' IP addresses, device information, and locations based on the registered information in their user accounts, in line with the aforementioned purposes. These IP addresses, location, and device information may be used by WeCounsil to identify and collect comprehensive demographic data about its users and visitors.
- The information obtained within the scope of the Application may be used by WeCounsil and other individuals and institutions it collaborates with, solely for various statistical evaluations, database creation efforts, and market research purposes, without revealing the identity of the users.
- WeCounsil may disclose user information to third parties, deviating from the provisions of this privacy notice, in the following cases:
- When compliance with legal obligations is required,
- In cases related to the fulfillment and implementation of agreements between WeCounsil and users,
- When information about users is requested by authorized administrative and/or judicial authorities as part of an investigation or inquiry conducted in accordance with procedural methods,
- When it is necessary to provide information to protect the rights or security of users and the application.
- WeCounsil undertakes to strictly keep the confidential information provided to it as private and confidential, to treat it as a secret, to take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and preservation of the confidential information, to prevent the entire or any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain, unauthorized use, or disclosure to any third party, and to exercise all due care and diligence.
- The information that may be requested from users who respond to periodic or non-periodic surveys that may be organized within the Application may also be used by WeCounsil and individuals or institutions collaborating with it for the purpose of conducting statistical analyses and creating a special database.
- WeCounsil may change the provisions of this privacy notice at any time by publishing them in the Application. The privacy notice provisions amended by WeCounsil shall be deemed effective on the date of publication in the Application.
- This Privacy Policy consists of 12 (twelve) articles and is an integral part of the User Agreement.
