CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
Through the WeCounsil website or the WeCounsil Platform,
Regarding the services received,
- The nature of the received service is consultancy service, and these services are provided exclusively by authorized individuals who declare their competence and authorization to provide services through the platform.
- The identity information of service providers can be found in their profiles.
- WeCounsil is not a party to the service relationship. However, any request, suggestion, or complaint can be communicated to WeCounsil.
- The fees for consultancy services are determined by our service providers, and service campaigns that may vary depending on the number and/or frequency of services can be viewed on the profiles of the service providers before receiving the service.
Regarding the payments made,
- Payments are made through secure payment methods.
- Your card information is not displayed or stored by WeCounsil.
- Payment must be made before receiving the services.
Regarding cancellation and withdrawal rights,
- In accordance with consumer legislation, consumers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, this right cannot be exercised once the purchased product or service has been received, used, or consumed. Users can only exercise the right of withdrawal if the service has not been rendered.
- The service requested by users and approved by the service provider can be canceled free of charge up to 60 minutes before the appointment time. If the user cancels the service request within 60 minutes of the desired service time, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the user. There is no right of withdrawal for the user 30 minutes before the appointment time.
Regarding service security,
- All conversations conducted through our website or Platform are encrypted end-to-end.
- Communication outside the application or Platform is prohibited by platform rules, service agreements, user agreements, and security reasons. WeCounsil cannot be held responsible if communication between service providers and users is not conducted through secure means and via the WeCounsil platform or website.
This text is an integral and inseparable part of the Privacy Policy, Service Agreement, and User Agreement, and all rights of WeCounsil are reserved.
